Responsibilities Include:
Our client is seeking a litigation paralegal to support the litigation team with eDiscovery needs and support timely and accurate document production and document review. This role will:
- Coordinate with outside counsel regarding discovery requests, document collections, and production requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between legal team, outside counsel, and internal business teams to gather and identify requested documents
- Conduct searches for responsive documents, communications, and records in Microsoft Purview
- Organize, track, and manage large volumes of electronically stored information (ESI)
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Substantive experience supporting eDiscovery
- Experience using eDiscovery, information governance, or electronics records management programs to manage electronically stored information (ESI); experience with Microsoft Purview is highly preferred
- Prior experience with employment litigation or banking/financial services industry knowledge is a plus
Pay Range: $50-65/hour
