White and Williams LLP, a multi-practice law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary to join our Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys supporting a busy litigation team.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering exceptional client service. EOE/M/F/D/V

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal staff.
  • Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate electronic filing in state and federal courts.
  • Maintain and organize electronic documents and case files.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, courts, and outside counsel.
  • Assist with litigation-related projects and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of defense litigation legal secretary experience required.
  • Significant experience with electronic filing (e-filing) in state and federal courts.
  • Strong proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • iManage or similar document management systems
  • Excellent proofreading, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
