Specialized experience is defined as working in a legal environment providing technical advice to litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities; organizing and managing case specific discovery; analyzing complex litigation support requirements to develop or recommend appropriate strategies to meet litigation needs; and preparing and maintaining a variety of trial-related documents.

- Plans and organizes employee work assignments, milestones, and deadlines to be accomplished by employees for trial preparation and other legal support activities;
- Provides technical advice, guidance, and training to legal support staff;
- Performs legal research and provides a variety of legal assistance and technical work requiring a specialized knowledge of processes, procedures, and practices to support legal activities.
- Coordinates with other administrative functional areas in order to support the office's litigative activities.
- Ensures an even flow and distribution of work, expeditiously while handling priority work to meet court deadlines during the coverage of arraignment functions Monday through Saturday (including holidays).
- Provides briefings to AUSAs and police officers on Intake/Papering/arraignment procedural matters.
- Directs the intake/papering process.
- Informs the Court regarding readiness of cases for arraignment.
- Overseas the execution of criminal history checks and backgrounds investigations, on arrestees.
- Coordinates fugitive matters with law enforcement agencies in other jurisdictions.
