Paralegal

Zywave's Legal Department relies on accurate, timely contract work to keep the business moving and this Paralegal owns that work from intake through execution. They manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to record-keeping, while safeguarding the confidentiality of Legal's communications and documentation. It's a role built for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and being the person others count on to keep things moving.

What You Will Do

• Draft and revise contracts supporting product sales using approved templates and standard modifications
• Manage contract intake and route requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders
• Draft communications and assist with documentation for commercial and corporate matters
• Triage and respond to internal customer inquiries accurately and on time
• Analyze and communicate contract-related information to internal stakeholders
• Manage executed contracts for compliance within the documents database, ensuring data accuracy and organization
• Support process improvements to templates, playbooks, and administrative procedures
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including other initiatives as assigned

What You Will Bring

• Two+ years of progressive experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a related field; corporate law department experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts with strong attention to detail
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Collaborative and adaptable, with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and handle impromptu tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with a CLM or contract management system (preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills, including the ability to uncover necessary facts when completing assigned tasks
