About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in our Manhattan, NY office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases and be familiar with the legal procedures in New York. The paralegal will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases. This position will be based full-time in our Manhattan office.
You Will:

Order and review medical records and other relevant documents and summarize them for attorney review.

Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant case information while maintaining clear and organized client files.

Prepare and file complaints, petitions, and other legal documents.

Complete and submit necessary No-Fault paperwork and applications.

Draft Bills of Particulars and Settlement Demand packages.

Handle all case e-filing and CMO calendar management.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates.
You Have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal in New York.

Strong understanding of personal injury case procedures, including pre-suit and litigation.

Familiarity with e-filing on NYSCEF.
Nice to Have:

Experience e-filing on PACER.
