Client Advocate/Paralegal

Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick (CCK) is a private, public-interest law firm focused on disabled military veterans and their families. We are seeking a compassionate Client Advocate/Paralegal to serve as the main point of contact for our veteran clients in the Veterans Practice Group, managing client calls and correspondence, providing case updates, and ensuring high-quality service. Responsibilities: - Professionally manage a high volume of phone calls and email correspondence with clients and families - Retrieve relevant information and provide accurate status updates - Draft basic forms and written correspondence to clients and VA - Update CCK's case management files with all client conversations - Attend training sessions and assist with training new advocates Requirements: - High School degree required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred - Experience in client services or customer support a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat - Fluency in English; Bilingual in Spanish a plus - Ability to obtain and maintain a PIV card and VA network access Compensation: Starting salary $43,775/year plus medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, 15 days PTO, and paid parental leave. Remote role; onsite option at the Providence, RI headquarters.
