Litigation Paralegal - Remote – Minnesota or Wisconsin Only

McCready Law is growing and looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone located in Minnesota or Wisconsin who enjoys fast-paced litigation work, staying organized, supporting attorneys, and helping move cases forward with confidence and accuracy. This role supports attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation from filing through resolution. What You'll Do: - Manage assigned litigation caseload under attorney supervision - Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence - Coordinate filings, service of process, and court deadlines - Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and litigation materials - Organize and manage discovery production - Support trial preparation, exhibits, and hearing materials - Communicate with attorneys, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Maintain accurate and timely case documentation Requirements: - 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred - Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred - Strong drafting, organization, and follow-through skills - Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience with case management systems preferred Salary: $24 - $29 per hour based on experience.
