Legal Operations Senior Consultant - Remote

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is one of the leading personal lines property and casualty insurance groups in the United States. We are hiring a Legal Operations Senior Consultant (Remote). Working under limited direction from Legal Operations or Litigation leadership, the Senior Consultant oversees key areas of the legal operations function, owning moderately complex initiatives that support department and division priorities while driving process improvement and change management. Responsibilities include leading legal and litigation operations projects with multiple stakeholders; applying project and change management to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows; identifying operational gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; coordinating litigation operations project management; partnering with attorneys, finance, IT, and other business functions; and preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; typically 8+ years of relevant legal, legal operations, or litigation operations experience; advanced knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures; working knowledge of legal operations, litigation operations, project management, and process improvement; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and matter or case management systems.
