You will serve as a PARALEGAL SPECIALIST in the US NMRTC GUAM of US NMRTC GUAM. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in the Military justice system: 1. Assisting attorneys and command legal officers with matters arising under the military justice system, including preparing case files, drafting legal documents, organizing evidence, coordinating witness information, and supporting actions related to non-judicial punishment (NJP) and court-martial proceedings. 2. Conducting legal research and applying principles contained in the Manual for Courts-Martial, the Judge Advocate General Manual (JAGMAN), and applicable Navy and Department of Defense regulations to support case development, legal reviews, and senior leadership decisions.
