About the Role

We are currently seeking an entry level Turkish Speaking Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our Manhattan, New York office and provide clerical and administrative support to our team there. This position will be full-time in our NYC office.

You Will:

  • File, organize and draft legal documents using Smart Advocate and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning documents, mailing documents, and filing.
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from clients and vendors.
  • Maintain calendar and schedule for your assigned attorney.
  • Prepare various correspondence including letters to clients, insurance companies, defendants/trusts, etc.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery requests. 

You Have:

  • Fluency speaking Turkish
  • Experience using Microsoft office.
  • 2+ year experience working at a law firm or in an administrative support role.

Salary Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
