Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate

Hill Ward Henderson is an AV rated firm that represents sophisticated clients, and offers a friendly, collegial work environment and excellent compensation and benefits. The Firm is currently seeking a qualified paralegal candidate for its Commercial Real Estate Department.

Requirements:

Please Note: This is an in-office position

• Minimum of three (3) - five (5) years demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice
• Experience dealing with commercial lenders, attorneys, and other parties
• Experience with complex commercial purchase and sale agreements
• Experience in title and survey examination
• Experience conducting commercial closings, including recording and filing in public records

Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
