ERISA/Employee Benefits Paralegal

Employee Benefits Experience

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience working with retirement plans either as a paralegal or with a third-party plan administrator or recordkeeper. Experience with health and welfare benefits and/or executive compensation plans is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance matters related to retirement plans and/or health and welfare benefits.

Legal & Administrative Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management ability.
• Professional demeanor and client-focused attitude.

Technical & Software Competence

• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with ASCi plan document generation systems is a plus.
