We use cutting edge technology, so although we primarily work in the office, our team members have flexibility to work remotely when needs arise.

The Position:

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated legal assistant. Responsibilities include:

· Communicating with clients via email and telephone to set up appointments.

· Track deadlines and manage attorney calendars and scheduling

· Managing Administrative and Clerical functions essential to daily office operations. 

· Organizing and tracking case files

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess the following key competencies:

Location:

Gembala, McLaughlin & Pecora is a downtown-caliber firm located on the border of Avon and Sheffield Village, Ohio just 25 minutes from Downtown Cleveland and 10 minutes from Westlake, with a second location in Vermilion, Ohio open on Tuesdays and Fridays.
