Description: The Immigration Group at Pryor Cashman LLP is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to support its fast-paced, high-volume sports practice. This role will focus on preparing various employment-based visa petitions and working on consular affairs matters. This position will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and paralegals by streamlining workflow and ensuring timely case progression.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Intake cases, troubleshoot, and establish case strategy.
- Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
- Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
- Manage consular processing workflows for sports immigration matters.
- Monitor case statuses and proactively address scheduling or processing issues.
- Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients regarding appointment logistics and updates.
- Provide general administrative and immigration support as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Experience
- Knowledge of principles and practices, legal terminology and research techniques.
- Prior immigration paralegal or administrative experience preferred, ideally in high-volume practice areas.
- Experience with consular processing strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
Salary Range: $75k - $90k.
