Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of personal injury litigation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has experience managing cases from filing through trial.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- File documents in state and federal courts (e-filing)
- Coordinate discovery, subpoenas, and depositions
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials
- Support attorneys during trial as needed
- 5+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Experience in PI, workers’ compensation, premises liability, or related practice areas
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available
Salary Range: $70,000-$110,000
