Backup Litigation Legal Assistant

Jones, Skelton & Hochuli (JSH) is the second largest law firm in Arizona. Founded in 1983, we are headquartered in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, with offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Salt Lake City, Utah. JSH defends clients of all sizes, across multiple industries in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. JSH is seeking a backup legal assistant to join the Arizona office. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of law firm experience, and substantial diverse experience and familiarity in both Federal and State Rules. Candidates must have a stable work history, exceptional communication, and organizational skills, along with stellar attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, calendar & deadline management, transcribing dictation, filing, preparation of correspondence, legal documents, and strong technical skills.
