As part of that continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a Legal Operations Clerk to join our Post Judgment Team in Pasadena, CA.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate enforcement documents in accordance with the forms, policies, and procedures provided by the Legal Operations department
  • Submit enforcement documents to the court, marshal, or sheriff for processing electronically, directly or indirectly
  • Supervise and track enforcement processes and documents
  • Enter and post all enforcement data into the firm’s case management system
  • Communicate with enforcement officers, courts, banks, employers, attorneys, and consumers about garnishment accounts
  • Import all enforcement imaging into the firm’s case management system
  • All other duties as designated by the Post Judgment Manager.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine, printer, scanner, and computer.
  • Basic Understanding of legal principles and legal terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
  • Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
  • Proficient command of the English language in both oral and written formats
  • Ability to work and maintain patience with diverse individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner
