Job Description

Doral is seeking to hire a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing company. This individual will report directly to our Senior Corporate Paralegal and Operations Administrator and will work closely with the legal team to assist with the preparation and maintenance of the company's corporate records and due diligence efforts for the company's renewable energy portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Draft corporate documents including formation documents,resolutionsand signature pages for review
  • Manage corporate records using an entity management system, includingmaintainingaccurateownership records and organizational charts
  • Coordinate with registered agents to process filing requests and invoices
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Manager regarding Know Your Customer requests
  • Assistwith due diligence requests, preparing corporate deliverables, and coordinating signatures for closings
  • Assistwith maintenance of data rooms for accuracy and completion
  • Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required information, signatures, and documents, ensuring tasks progress on schedule.
  • Occasional physical signature routing through UPS/FedEx

Required Skills/Values

  • 2-4 Years Experiencerequired
  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired
  • Paralegal Certificate a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsrequired
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailrequired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentrequired
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suiterequired
  • Interest in learning new skills a plus
  • Familiarity with entity management systems a plus
  • Experience withDocuSign/Adobe Sign e-signature tools a plus
